บทคัดย่อ

การออกแบบและพัฒนาเปลกระดานสำหรับการเคลื่อนย้ายผู้ป่วยนี้ มีแนวคิดเพื่อมุ่งลดการใช้ วัสดุเส้นใยสังเคราะห์ประเภทไฟเบอร์กลาส และส่งเสริมการใช้เส้นใยธรรมชาติ ทั้งเส้นใยปอกระเจา และเส้นใยกัญ ชง มาเป็นวัส ดุ เ สริม แรงในโครงสร้างคอมโพสิต ทั้ง นี้เพื่อ เพิ่ มความเป็นมิ ต รต่ อ สิ่ง แวดล้อม น้ำหนักเบา และยังคงรักษาความแข็ง แรงที่เหมาะสมต่อการใช้งาน และเป็นไปตาม มาตรฐาน BS EN 1865 ในการดำเนินโครงงาน ผู้จัดทำได้ประยุกต์ใช้หลักการทางวิศวกรรมในการ ออกแบบโครงสร้างและกระบวนการผลิต เพื่อให้เปลกระดานมีสมรรถนะเป็นไปตามข้อกำหนดของ มาตรฐานที่เกี่ยวข้อง สามารถรองรับการใช้งานในการเคลื่อนย้ายผู้ป่วยได้อย่างปลอดภัย ผลจากการ ออกแบบและพัฒนาเปลกระดานนี้ได้ผลคือ สามรถลองรับน้ำหนักโดยผ่านการทดสอบตามมาตรฐาน ทุกประการ เเละพร้อมสำหรับการน้ำไปใช้งานจริง

Abstract

This study presents the design and development of a spinal board for patient transportation with the objective of reducing the use of synthetic fiber materials, particularly fiberglass, and promoting the application of natural fibers such as jute and hemp fiber as reinforcement in composite structures. The proposed design aims to improve environmental sustainability while achieving a lightweight structure and maintaining sufficient mechanical strength for practical use. Engineering principles were applied in the structural design and manufacturing process to ensure that the developed spinal board complies with the requirements of the BS EN 1865 standard for patient handling equipment. The results of the study demonstrate that the developed spinal board is capable of supporting the required loading conditions and successfully passes all relevant standard testing procedures. Therefore, the developed product is considered suitable for practical implementation in patient transportation applications.
